As a go-to online destination for play ideas, The Genius of Play has announced that it is offering even more educational resources, play tips, and expert advice to help kids play and learn at home while schools and daycares are closed due to COVID-19.

 

Toy Association Services Continue Amid Spread of Coronavirus

Out of precautions surrounding COVID-19, and to best ensure the health and safety of Toy Association staff and membership, The Toy Association’s offices in New York and Washington, DC, temporarily closed and staff is working remotely as of March 16.

 

Licensing Expo Postponed; Rescheduled for August

Licensing Expo 2020, originally planned for May 18 to 20, has been rescheduled for August 11 to 13, due to the uncertainty and concerns over the COVID-19 pandemic. This marks the latest industry event to be affected by the virus.

 

Toy Fair 2020 Attendance Reflects Better Screening of Attendees; Global Impact of Coronavirus

Registration is now open for The Toy Association’s Annual Business Conference (ABC), where toy and youth entertainment industry executives can gain critical insights on the most important issues affecting their businesses.

 

Toy Association Invites Members to Join the Fight Against Fake Toys in DC

The Toy Association will lead an Intellectual Property (IP) Fly-In this summer, giving toy company representatives and Association staff the opportunity to meet with administration officials and congressional offices to discuss key toy industry priorities concerning the prevalence of unsafe, counterfeit toys sold through e-commerce platforms. The Toy Association’s IP Fly-In will take place June 3 to 4 in Washington, DC.
